My boyfriend is locked up in Elk Grove for a parole violation PC 3056. When is he coming out?

About 3 nights ago, I was coming up to Bruceville off of Laguna in EG and I NEVER run red lights while making a right turn, so I stopped, but I guess I passed a little part of the FIRST white line where it’s censored? Then I see like 3 flashes from the camera, but I didn’t even run the red light? What do I do now? Will I receive a ticket? I have asked a few people and some have said that I could be trippin too hard, it depends on the way I look in the photo, anddd I have even had people tell me that that specific camera flashes early. Oh and one more thing, the car I was driving was given to me a couple weeks ago by my Auntie, but I am not under the insurance because my mom has to change it since I am still 17 until Oct 9. Please tell me the possible consequences I will have to deal with. I informed my Auntie about a ticket with my photo possibly being sent to her address and she told me I better pray it’s not a ticket because if so, they might suspend my license for not being under the insurance of that car!? Is there anyway I can check a website to see if the car was ticketed when that flash went off? I’m so confused. Thanks!
