What’s the best way to move my horses from dry lot to green pasture?

I have one 6 yo Arab, and two young 1/2 Arab mares that are currently on a drylot with lots of grass hay and grass based grain (Elk Grove Stablemix). We bought a new ranch that has 5 acres of lush green pastures. There are 5 separate pastures.

Other than having to put them out only a little each day,and keeping them on a dry area with hay the rest of the time, is there any other way to make the transition?
The new place has NO dry lots - but I could let a couple smaller pastures go dry and mow them down. Would it be better to let the new place dry up a bit so the grasses are dryer. then when they get it down, I can water again? If I let a couple smaller pastures dry up a bit and mow them short, could they go directly on to those full time?
I want them to eventually be out FULL TIME on the pastures.
