i truly believe that even if he was Black in Oakland drunk and fighting it doesn’t give anyone a right to kill him…. it was new years!! of course he was drunk but that doesn’t give anyone the opportunity to past judgment on him and call him a thug… I am Mixed (black and White) raised in upper class Elk Grove CA. the thing i **** most is the problem with race my lil brother who is only 13 walks home from school and gets stopped by elk Grove police saying he fits a description and then it doesn’t make Sense when they stop my other brother the week after!! bart officer says it was an accident! well our police department serves us to protect and set an example…. on so many websites there are so many people (predominately white people) saying “the black thug deserved to be took off this Planet? they kill each other but they want to be mad when a white officer kills them!” and gives the officer praise of helping getting them (black thugs) off the street!! that’s the problem they aren’t there to determine if he should live or die… so now we have a 4 year old girl who will be living life with out a father figure like most of children my age… including me but its our fault that we dont have guidence…. he was a 22 Year old who had a 4 year old daughter who was killed while celebrating new years eve…. and everyone knows that when your drunk fights do haPPEN!!! im just appalled at some remarks i have read. im a 20 year old educated Black and WHITE female and its killing me to see the riots and all the WHITE people saying the things about black people!!! Race does not determine ignorance it is the man who practices it!! white black grey or yellow!! its pathetic…. UUgH!!!
i completely understand he is 22 and shouldnt have been in that situation and there could be so many what if’s…… but the fact of the matter is him fighting being drunk isnt what got him killed it was a trigger happy police officer that needs to set an example calm people down not make the matter worse…. and thats what happened!!!

if you watch it on you tube you will see the officer unclip his gun hold it with two hands and shoot!!! there was no reason point blank that he can say he did that!!! there is nothing anyone can say that is going to prove the man needed to die and thats the point of all of this!!! take him to jail but kill the man …come on now…. thug or not…. it does not matter he is dead and if he was took to jail he could have did his time and hopfully learned from his lesson!!!
all we know is what is in the news… and just so happen i was in the bay area for new years…. you tell me how many fathers or mothers are out celebrating new years with out there children….. a whole lot!!!! so are you telling me beacuse he wassnt at home he deserved to die… thats what it seems like your saying…. no one deserves to die for something that minor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! im sorry if i came off angry towards whites… that is far from the truth… i am mixed and i **** when white/blacks use the race card! that was the point of my blog. I do think that alot of the crime is amoung our black youth. but everything im reading people arguing if this young man should be dead!! i am Half BLAND and WHITE i cant stand race comments from either side now let this be the other way around and be a white 22 yaer old man….. ShERA i would feel the same way!! if black people were saying the white man needed to die! so please its not about race and me being angry what im trying to get at is everyone saying this man needs to be dead!! so if your arguing that then write back if not tyhen you misunderstood!! i was only raised by my WHITE mother and trust i **** when BLACKS/ Or WHITES use the race card!!

the police officer was not in danger in any way…. if he was stressed then he wasnt ready to be on the streets rather a office position….

If you lived in Illinois in the early 1980’s, do you remember the Tylenol killings? I think Drew may have done that and I’ll tell you why. Remember, this is only my opinion, I am not saying it is a fact.

I just read that Drew originates from Villa Park. Most of the Tylenol killings happened in Chicago, Elk Grove Village and one in Elmhurst and one in Winfield. Winfield being the furthest from Chicago.
Ironically, the woman who died in Winfield was from Villa Park originally.

Now since she was a friend of mine, when I read that Drew had a connection to Villa Park, a red flag went up because, like some of you, I also suspect Drew has killed more than his 2 wives.

No one died in Villa Park and I have a theory on that. I am Italian and the town I was born in, Melrose Park, was well known for mafia ties. I remember my Grandfather assuring my parents that MP was the safest place to
live because they never dirty their own backyard.

So many news reporters and people here have said that Drew is so cocky and self confident and smug that maybe he thinks he has committed the perfect crime. you don’t get that cocky overnight, especially with the 3rd wives reexamination hanging over him.

He said he expects to be arrested and it doesn’t appear to bother him.

Let me compare that to this:
I have a hard time doing the speed limit, I almost always go 15 miles over the limit. I get a speeding ticket about every 2 years. It doesn’t bother me because I figure I got away with speeding and only have to pay the fine occasionally.

I’ve sent in my tip to 3 major news sources.

About 100 parents of Bradshaw Christian School packed a public hearing Thursday night, upset about an AM/PM Minimart where the gas pumps will be right next to their elementary school.

It’s not just the pollution, it’s all the added traffic, the extra emissions, the crime, anything that’s going to go with it, said parent Kent Ketterling. To put this between two schools is just ridiculous.

The gas station and minimart, along with a car wash and a Jack-in-the-Box restaurant, are planned for the northwest corner of Bradshaw and Calvine roads just north of Elk Grove. Bradshaw Christian’s preschool and elementary school are just north of the property on Bradshaw. The private high school campus is just west of the project on Calvine.

The public hearing, however, was only to answer questions about the emission levels. Dave Grose and others from the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District told the audience the estimated levels of benzene were well under the threshhold considered safe.

Parents were also upset they weren’t told of the project when it was going through the permit process at the county level. However, notification was only required for residents actually living within 500 feet of the project.

Sacramento County Supervisor Don Nottoli told the parents if he would’ve known about their concerns he might have voted differently during the approval process. He vowed to keep them more informed, beyond what’s required by notification law, when future projects are planned in the open space area around the school.

Most parents left the meeting still frustrated, though many said they appreciated the information. They also vowed to be more active in fighting a proposal by the company to sell beer and wine at the minimart, a process which has yet to begin.
