My car got hit in a parking lot, and the person who hit me has American Service Insurance. So far, they’ve been obnoxious to deal with, and I haven’t even gotten the car into one of their body shops for an estimate yet. I can’t imagine how badly this is going to go. Has anyone learned anything about them that can help me get through this claims process before I grow old(er)?

Elk Grove Village, IL is a very family oriented and residential area? But is Elk Grove, IL the same suburb?

However, I was told there is an incorporated and village area. What’s the difference? I remember passing a section towards the airport that was very business/industrial like? Is that considered Elk Grove, IL or still Elk Grove Village, IL?
Oh yea, I love the Busse Forrest Preserve that is in walking distance. Plenty of room to bike, room, ect.
